1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing shambafresh.com you agree to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, and you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Products & quotations
Product information on this website is provided for general guidance. ShambaFresh does not sell at fixed retail prices online. Prices are provided by quotation and confirmed in writing for each order; availability, grade and pack format are agreed when we quote.
3. Orders & supply
Orders are fulfilled against an agreed quotation or supply agreement covering quantity, grade, pack format, delivery or freight terms and price. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control are not the responsibility of ShambaFresh.
4. Quality & claims
Given the perishable nature of fresh produce, any quality claim should be raised promptly on receipt or inspection so it can be assessed against the agreed specification. ShambaFresh may evaluate a claim before agreeing a remedy.
5. Limitations
In no event shall ShambaFresh or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the materials or information on this website.
