- Where do you source your products?
- Directly from farms and outgrowers we work with across Tanzania. Every consignment is sorted, graded and quality-checked before it ships.
- Who do you supply?
- Hotels and hospitality groups, wholesalers and distributors, and international import buyers. This site is request-a-quote — we do not sell retail online.
- How do I get pricing?
- Request a quote for the product, quantity and destination you need and we will come back with pricing and availability. Price depends on the product, grade, pack format, volume and destination.
- Is there a minimum order?
- Minimum order quantities vary by product and destination. Tell us what you are planning and we will confirm what works.
- What are your lead times?
- Because we source and pack to order, lead time depends on the product, season and quantity. We confirm a schedule when we quote.
- Do you deliver, and where?
- We deliver to hospitality and trade customers across Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar, and prepare export consignments for sea or air freight to buyers abroad.
- How do you handle quality and grading?
- Every consignment is graded and inspected against the agreed specification, with cold-chain handling through to dispatch. See our Quality page for the full standard.
- Can I trace where a delivery came from?
- Yes. We record each consignment through the chain, from farm to buyer, so a delivery can be traced back to where it grew. See our Traceability page.
- What are the payment terms?
- Payment terms are agreed per order or supply agreement, typically against invoice. We confirm terms when we quote.
- How do we get started?
- Send an enquiry with what you need — product, quantity, destination and how often — and we will put together a quote and a supply plan.
