Please return the specific item(s) at the time of delivery and we shall process the refund.


    • We request you to go through all the items when you receive your delivery. In case you are not satisfied with the quality, or any item is damaged (packet is broken/ leaking, expired product) please return the item(s) to our delivery executive.
    • In case you have not noticed the defective item at the time of delivery, please note that you need to contact our customer service/ drop us a mail mentioning the quality issue to be eligible for the replacement / refund. The cut-off time for registering the complaint is as follows;
Fruits & Vegetables/Herbs n’ Spices Within 1 day of delivery
Dairy Within 1 day of delivery
Sea Food/Poultry Within 1 daysof delivery
  • Once the complaint is registered, in your next delivery we shall provide replacement for the defective item (s).


    • At time of delivery:
      • In case of cash on delivery payment, our delivery executive will process the refund on –the-spot.
      • If the payment has already been made, like in case of online payment, the refund shall be processed in the next 7 days.
      • If you have a pre-paid account with us, the refund amount shall be credited to your account within 24 hours.
    • After accepting the delivery:
      • You will get the replacement for the same item or place a request for any other product of your choice of same / lesser value, which will be delivered at the time of your next order.
